CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits are non-refundable. There will be a full charge of services if appointments are cancelled within 48 hours of an appointment. There will be a full charge if there is a cancellation the day of or a no-show appointment. If you cancel 3 day before your appointment there will be a 50% charge. I understand life happens and some things are unavoidable. Reach out to me to discuss any issues. This is to protect my time as well as make it fair for others who book appointments. Thank you!
